- She crawled in playroom to get wooden "candy" pieces on 10/18/14
- She continues to love shoes and crawled across kitchen to get mommy's on 10/19/14. You might say she has an addiction unfortunately this addiction includes putting them in her mouth.Yuck!
- With the ability to crawl also came the ability to get up into a sitting position on her own now.
- We lowered her crib on 10/19/14 but will need to lower it again soon.
- This was a big month also for teeth. She got her two upper front teeth 10/20 & 10/25 and then got her second incisor tooth 10/29 bringing up her total teeth count to 6!
- She likes to shakes her head no a lot but we don't think it actually means no just a motion she likes and probably gets her smiles.
- Her lip seems to quiver a lot making us think she is cold :(
- She likes to pull off her socks which is fine since it's safer when she pulls up on things since her socks were slippery.
- She had a horrible round of diaper rash resulting in lots of naked time and oatmeal baths.
- When she is picked up, she kicks her legs in excitement. It's so cute!
- We found her standing in her crib for the first time the last week of October.
- She is not patient and really gets mad if she wants something like a glass or puffs and doesn't get it fast enough. She loves glasses and water bottles. She seems obsessed with them. She swallows more water now but still spits some of it out.
- She is walking holding our fingers but seems to prefer to crawl probably because it's faster.
- She is now eating three meals a day. No more skipping meals.
- She can crawl up the stairs but can't seem to bend her leg on her own much so I have to help her.
- She is standing for a few seconds on her own from a sitting position!
- She loves to take glasses off people's faces and to hold my hair in her hand just like Madelyn also did.
- She can sort of do the milk sign although she might just be waving we aren't sure. She can also clap when she wants to.
- She is a crazy fast at flipping over from her back to her front which has proved to make diaper changes very difficult especially since she seems to poop every hour which has perpetuated her horrible diaper rash.
- She got her second flu shot on 11/13 and didn't even cry! I asked if they were sure it went in and they said it did.
- This month we will remember Allison as the flipper, crawler and pooper.
