1/17/15 Allison's Birthday Party

Allison's birthday party was Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.  It turned out to be a cute theme.

Decorations: Brian hung stars using fishing wire for the front entry. Allison loves anything hanging from the ceilings at school so we knew she would love these!

I love decorating the cabinets with the girls' photos. I was sad to take down Madelyn's from her third birthday! Allison's photos were her monthly photos. It's fun to see how they change.

The crafts were painting a ceramic star piggy bank and scratching off star ornaments. The banks were a big hit with the older kids.

Juliana made a card for Allison with a poem inside that was so cute.

She also enjoyed the wrappings but not so much opening up the gifts.

Since Grandma and Grandpa Hartsell were in town, we headed out for dinner to celebrate Allison's birthday more. We went to Mongolians BBQ downtown Naperville and ran into Katie's co-worker who's was out celebrating her niece's first birthday, who was born the same day as Allison.

We had to get a new high chair since ours was missing a strap to keep Allison in! I love Madelyn's face!
