We were so grateful that Easter was late this year since if it hadn't been, we wouldn't have been able to do an Easter Egg Hunt outside! We did an Easter Egg hunt at our church the weekend before. It was so nice to be able to be outside without a coat!

Easter Morning, Madelyn was excited to find eggs. She really liked the egg that was in the window and still talks about how there was an egg there. She did lose interest before finding all of them though but it was better than last year.

After church, we headed over to my parents house for Easter Brunch. Madelyn was happy to find more eggs hidden outside with her cousins.

It was such a beautiful day that we stayed outside later than normal. Madelyn loves her swings again. She always seems timid at the start of spring and then remembers how much she loves them. I love that these photos capture her joy of swinging!
