7/12/14 Madelyn's Birthday Party

Madelyn's 3rd birthday party was a music theme because of her love of music.  We had a wonderful time and the weather even turned out nice in the afternoon although it stormed all morning so the grass was wet and muddy. The kids decorated drums and I had hoped to have a parade but Madelyn was more interested in playing with her friends. She LOVED blowing out the candles of her cake. She also did a much better job of opening up all her gifts but she still wanted to play with each one she opened. Thanks to everyone for coming and making her day special!!

7/12/14 Madelyn's Birthday!

Madelyn celebrated her birthday at school on Friday. She had been looking forward to her birthday crown for months and was so happy to finally get one!!!  She also celebrated her birthday with Grandpa and Grandma Hartsell on Sunday and was surprised with chocolate cake.

7/5/14 More of Madelyn Swimming

Allison and I went to Madelyn's swim class thinking there wouldn't be many people since it was a holiday weekend. We were right. There were just two kids in the class.  Madelyn did great and has really improved since we saw her a few months ago. Enjoy the videos of her in action.
